The Fondo Strategico Italiano will announce the entry into the capital of two companies by next Monday 25 November. To say it is the CEO of FSI Maurizio Tamagnini: "Next Monday there will be a press conference in which two capital financing operations of companies that do their job well will be announced" he said on the occasion of a Financial Times summit.
In recent weeks, the rumors have focused on the entry, with a significant share, of Fsi together with F2i in the capital of Sia, a company that provides technological infrastructures for payments. “The Fund is also negotiating with a foreign institution for entry into the fund by the end of the year and with another foreign institution for entry by the first quarter of 2014” said Tamagnini. To date, FSI belongs entirely to Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.
