In fact, training is no longer just a path of personal growth, but has become a valuable tool that companies have at their disposal to strengthen their competitiveness and to face the opportunities offered by new markets.

In opening the proceedings, Alessandro Vecchietti, President of Fondir, drew attention to the changes in the economic scenario and how these have influenced the choices of companies in the field of training. The seminar was also attended by Valentina Aprea, Councilor for Education, Training and Culture of the Lombardy Region, who referred to the legislation and the incentives offered to companies that choose to adopt certified training plans for their managers.

“The ongoing economic crisis – said Alessandro Vecchietti, Fondir President – has forced companies to face increasingly demanding challenges and to change their approach by adopting new tools and strategies. This need has favored the development of a different culture of training, intended as a tool for improving the competitiveness of companies through the personal growth of the managers who lead them. For 10 years, Fondir has been assisting Italian companies and executives in this process, facilitating access to certified, innovative and effective Training Plans, which have no impact on company costs”.

In addition, the testimonies of Loredana Corbino, HR Manager of Gefco Italia SpA; Alessandra Rizzi, Head of Learning and Development Generali Italia SpA; Gianluca Almi, Head of Recruiting, Employer Branding, Learning, Development, Compensation & Benefits BNL BNP Paribas and Andrea Orlandini, President of AIDP Lombardy Regional Group reiterated that only with constant and continuous training of the management class, made possible thanks to the use of funding of Fondir, it has been possible to develop strategies capable of making companies grow even in a moment of crisis such as the one we are facing.
