After a start last week experienced at historic lows, Fonsai also rebounds on the stock market today: +5%, with the single share at 0,78 euro. In particular, the rumors of a raise by the Gavio group on the price for the purchase of the shares in Impregilo in the hands of Fonsai and the Benettons are driving up the stock.
According to press reports over the weekend, in fact, Argo Finanziaria would have brought the offer made to the other two shareholders gathered in Igli to 3,6 euros. The offer could be discussed during the Fonsai board meeting convened for Friday.
The news also benefits Impregilo, which gains 2,5% in Piazza Affari. Meanwhile, a new meeting is scheduled for today between the holding companies upstream of the chain of control (Sinergia and Imco), supported by the advisor Leonardo, and the creditor banks on the restructuring plan of the debt.
