The second edition of Talenti on stage, the fundraiser launched last March by the TIM Foundation and the Accademia Teatro alla Scala on the WithYouWeDo crowdfunding platform to support the Academy's students through the provision of scholarships, ended successfully reaching the figure of around 440.000 euros: in particular, for every euro donated, the TIM Foundation recognized the Academy with a contribution of the same amount of 200.000 euros.
The beneficiaries of Talenti on Stage are over 170 young people under 30 from all over the world who aspire to one day become successful dancers, singers, accompanist teachers, orchestra teachers, special makeup experts, sound technicians and tailors. With Talenti on Stage the doors of one of the most prestigious Schools in the world open again alongside the artists and professionals of the Teatro alla Scala.
As part of the partnership between the TIM Foundation and the Accademia Teatro alla Scala, the Innovation on Stage tour will restart from Bari on 15 September at the Fiera del Levante, an initiative designed to allow the general public to get to know the Academy's wide range of in the heart of the stage. Inside a modern installation, visitors are in fact allowed to follow a visual journey through immersive technologies to learn more about the arts and crafts of the show thanks to Oculus viewers, tablets and smartphones.
The next stages of Innovation on Stage are scheduled in Turin on the occasion of the ManualMente creativity fair on 23 September and in Palermo in front of the Teatro Massimo on 15 October; the debut of the initiative took place in Milan as part of the Fuorisalone last April.
