The president of the Crt Foundation, Antonio Maria Marocco, today resigned from the Turin-based Unicredit shareholder. This was communicated in a note by the foundation. The decision is motivated "in order to be able to facilitate the processes of renewal of the board of directors, the expiry of which coincides in April 2017 with the approval of the final balance sheet as at 31 December 2016".
“I am leaving the solid and strong Crt Foundation, capable of being an engine of growth and development of the territory, thanks to important resources and projects for young people, welfare, culture – declared Antonio Maria Marocco in a note -. I sincerely thank the secretary general Massimo Lapucci for his decisive and continued support, the vice presidents, all the directors and policy advisers and all the collaborators of the structure who, with their commitment and work, contribute to making the Crt foundation increasingly protagonist in the construction of the common good".
