Backtrack in the tax decree on black list of merchants reported for not having issued receipts. A Government amendment, which reformulated a proposed modification signed by the PDL senator, Gilberto Pichetto Fratin. The correction was approved by the Budget and Finance commissions of the Senate, which will give the text the go-ahead today, having it approved in the Hall of Palazzo Madama.

The amendment in question changes article 8, paragraph 8 of the decree, which allowed the Revenue Agency to draw up, as part of its assessment planning activity, selective lists of crafty taxpayers.

Another amendment approved today provides for the postponement (from May XNUMXst to June XNUMXst) of the deadline beyond which the obligation to pay public salaries and pensions exceeding one thousand euros by electronic means will start. Employees and retirees will thus have an extra month to open an account.
