The level of the clash between the two government allies, the League and the M5S, rises. And while tension is skyrocketing, the ground is already being prepared for the next majority summit which will precede the council of ministers convened by Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte at Palazzo Chigi on Saturday morning.
"If the problem is political, the solution will have to be political," Deputy Prime Minister Luigi Di Maio anticipated on Thursday, when it was now clear to everyone that the "little hand" that would have changed the text of the tax decree was nothing more than an invention. AND Matteo Salvini, from his electoral tour in Trentino where we vote on Sunday, leaks all his anger and warns: “I will hear everyone, but I am starting to get angry, because in that Council of Ministers Conte read and Di Maio wrote. If they didn't understand, if they changed their mind, if they started arguing – he repeated – it's their problem. THE PRICE OF THE AGREEMENT

So, continued the minister, "I don't see the problem, you can't vote and I don't think the League can do it either, because it wasn't in the government contract it wrote with us or even in their program" .
But what will the League then ask to rewrite the law? There are three counterparts that Matteo Salvini is ready to bring to the majority summit: a sharp no to the building amnesty in Ischia, surprisingly inserted by Di Maio in the decree on the reconstruction of the Morandi Bridge in Genoa. “We too believe that some rules, such as the building amnesty for Ischia, are not a good thing. It's not a good sign,” Salvini clarified. And then: the territorial differentiation on the Motor TPL wanted by the grillini which reduces the tariffs in the South and unloads the compensation on the North. And again the chapter on legitimate defense: “Why did the 5Stelle present 81 amendments as if they were in opposition? Guys this is not how we work, this is not how we do it between allies ”, said Salvini.

PEACE OR TRUCE UNTIL THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES?
An agreement will be found, the government cannot risk jumping at this moment, it would not be convenient for either the M5S or the League.
