Revenue Agency-Collection launches web services to simplify the procedures of the so-called bis scrapping of folders envisaged by law decree n. 148/2017 converted into law n. 172/2017. By connecting to the portal www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it, the taxpayer can use "ContiTu", the online service that allows you to choose to "scrap" only some of the folders and notices indicated in the formal communication sent to interested parties by 30 June. Thanks to online services, taxpayers can request a copy of the communication in the public area of the portal, without the need for a pin and password. In the reserved area, on the other hand, it is possible to directly download the communication. A service that will be particularly useful to those who, for various reasons (holidays, unsuccessful postal notification, loss of the reply sent, etc.) have not come into possession of the original communication. In this way they will be able to use the copy with the relative RAV bulletins and proceed to pay within the terms established by law.

"ContiTu" is the Revenue Agency-Collection web service that allows you to choose to pay only some of the notices/folders contained in the "Communication of sums due" on a facilitated basis. For example, those who have requested the scrapping of 7 folders, but realize that they will only be able to pay 4 of them, can choose the debts they intend to scrap and the digital platform will provide a new total and the related RAV bulletins which are essential to be able to settle the chosen debts .
Therefore, if the application to join the facilitated definition has been accepted and the taxpayer does not intend to pay the full amount, he can pay the first installment by the deadline (31 July 2018 for loads entrusted in 2017 and 31 October 2018 for loads entrusted from 2000 to 2016), the payment of only some debts (files/notices) included in the "Communication of sums due". It is necessary to fill in the online form on the site www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it and specify the folders/advertisements you intend to pay. The service will calculate the amount of each installment and also the total. After confirming the choice, the Revenue Agency-Collection will send the new RAV slips to the email address indicated by the tax payer, with which it will be possible to make the payment within the set deadlines.
For the remaining debts reported in the "Communication", the facilitated Settlement will not produce effects and the Collection Agent will have to resume - as required by law - the recovery actions. The folders and notices for which the taxpayer chooses not to adhere to the facilitated definition, subject to the exceptions provided for by law, cannot be paid in installments.

The letter, required by law, with which the Revenue Agency-Collection informs on the acceptance or possible rejection of the adhesion to the facilitated definition, as well as on possible debts that cannot fall within the facilitated definition, is called "Communication of the sums due". on the amounts to be paid and on the deadlines within which to make the payment.
The communication has already been sent to the interested parties according to the method chosen in the application for membership, but now it is also possible to obtain it online in the reserved area of the portal, or request a copy, without the need for a pin and password, by filling in the "Request communication" form ” present in the section of the site dedicated to the facilitated definition.
