FIRSTonline launches its third site: First&Food is born

First&Food, the third site of FIRSTonline, is born: it is dedicated to Italian Food and the agro-food excellence of Made in Italy - In the debut issue, a profile of Antonella Clerici, queen of cooking on TV, an interview with the president of Confagricoltura, Giansanti, a recipe by the starred chef, Gennarino Esposito and the story of a famous wine from the Langhe.

First&Food, the new portal of Italian Food and the Made in Italy: agro-food launched by FIRSTonline, of which it becomes the third site after the launch of FIRST Art of last spring and after the original site, founded and led by Ernesto Auci and Franco Locatelli and dedicated to economics and finance.

First&Food will be taken care of by Giuliano DeRisi, former director of a national press agency and a great expert in the sector, and by a qualified pool of specialized professionals. From FIRSTonline, the new portal inherits the style, independence of judgement, reliability and quality of the information offered.

The identifying and distinctive element of the new portal will be the global and systematic vision of the entire supply chain which, starting from the countryside and from agricultural cultivation and production, passes through the food industry to arrive on the gourmet table. The excellences of the world agro-food and Italian food and lovers of Italian cuisine will be the natural audience of the new portal.

Every week First&Food will present a "Recipe in 30 minutes" prepared for readers by a starred chef and "One wine, one story" written by a great sommelier but every day there will be focus on the protagonists, products and companies in the sector, as well as great interviews and advice on food and health.

In the debut issue of First&Food, the recipe presented by Gennarino Esposito, two-Michelin-starred chef at Torre del Saracino in Vico Equense, the story of the Barbaresco Riserva di Giacosa delle Langhe by Daniela Scrobogna, President of the Scientific Committee of the Italian Sommelier Foundation, an interview with the president of Confagricoltura, Massimiliano Giansanti and a portrait of Antonella Clerici, the undisputed queen of cooking on TV.
