Paccheri, broad beans, scampi and squid: a fresh spring dish that reflects the search for simplicity by Chef Sangiovanni of the "Tre Olivi" restaurant in Capaccio Paestum. It's the weekend recipe on First&Food. Don't miss the special either potato salad in homage to Alberto Sordi and his unforgettable Marchese del Grillo signed by the director Monicelli and filmed in the new location of the restaurant "L'imbuto" in Lucca. The idea comes from the Tuscan chef Cristiano Tomei, known face of TV and Michelin star since 2014, he created and is serving in his historic restaurant at Palazzo Pfanner.
