The latest super order for Finmeccanica. SuperJet International, a joint venture between Finmeccanica-Alenia Aermacchi and Sukhoi Holding, has signed a contract worth 350 million US dollars (over 310 million euros) with the Mexican airline Interjet for the purchase of an additional ten Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ100 ).
This brings the number of SSJ30s ordered by the Central American airline to 100, Finmeccanica explains in a note, adding that the deliveries of the first 20 aircraft to Interjet will be completed by the end of this year, while those for the further ten units will be completed within end of 2016. The news seems to have benefited the stock Finmeccanica, which narrowed the loss, losing around 17 just 0,37% a 10,78 euro.
