At least partial redemption of Finmeccanica in Piazza Affari. After -11% in the last week, the aerospace group climbs the Stock Exchange by 4%, returning to the threshold of 4 euros thanks to a natural cover-up by operators but also the new Korean sirens on the Ansaldo Energia dossier. According to reports from the Korea Economic Daily, Doosan Heavy Industries has been working on the Finmeccanica subsidiary for some time and is ready to raise 500 million dollars to be able to move onto Ansaldo.
The resources will be raised through certificates of deposit "global deposit receipts" intended for foreign investors and placed on the London Stock Exchange or Singapore. Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley are indicated by the Asian newspaper as possible subscribers. According to Korea Economic Daily, the deal will be worth around 1,3-1,5 billion euros and could be finalized within the next month.
