FSI and a group of industrial entrepreneurs announce that today they have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at a possible significant minority investment in Ansaldo Energia. The consortium of industrialists is made up of the Energia Brescia Group (coordinated by the Camozzi Group), the Acciaierie Venete Group and the entrepreneur Davide Usberti.
It is a group of entrepreneurs active in the mechanical, metallurgy and gas sectors and has, in aggregate, a turnover of over 3,5 billion euros and over 11.000 employees. FSI and the industrial entrepreneurs intend to formalize a joint and non-binding expression of interest and verify with Finmeccanica the existence of the conditions to reach a binding agreement in the short term'.
