The Board of Directors of Finmeccanica yesterday approved the merger by incorporation of the companies OTO Melara and Whitehead Sistemi Subacquei and the partial demerger operations, in favor of Finmeccanica, of Alenia Aermacchi, AgustaWestland and Selex ES.
“The participating companies are all wholly owned by Finmeccanica and that the aforementioned transactions, already disclosed to the market with a previous press release dated 30 July 2015, fall within the scope of the broader organizational restructuring process undertaken by the Company through the adoption of the divisional model (New Group Organizational and Operational Model One Company)”, reads the press release.
The divisionalisation was approved in June 2015. The new formula will start from January 2016st XNUMX.
