The 5-year Finmeccanica bond launched this morning has collected orders for over 3,5 billion and the size will probably be 600 million. One of the lead managers of the operation told Reuters adding that the yield could be adjusted downwards from the level currently proposed in the '370 bp area'.
"A call will be made to decide the final terms, but the bond will probably be for 600 million, against an order book of over 3,5 billion, with a yield that could tighten slightly compared to the current area guidance of 370 bp" says one of the lead managers. The operation is led by Banca IMI, BNP Paribas, JP Morgan and UniCredit. Finmeccanica is rated 'Baa3' by Moody's and 'BBB-' by S&P's and Fitch.
