Finmeccanica could cash out 25 million euro laid down by the sale of Fata to Danieli. The operation was evaluated by analysts, but the estimate was described as plausible "as an order of magnitude" by Mauro Moretti, CEO of the defense giant.
However, it is "a very compound figure, with various items, all the debts and financial risks have to be evaluated", said the manager today on the sidelines of the 2015 Italy Corporate Event organized by the S&P agency.
By the end of the year, Moretti explained again, the process of selling Ansaldo Breda and Ansaldo Sts to Hitachi will be closed: "There are only a few bureaucratic steps missing", assured the CEO.
