Fininvest returns to profit: 9,9 million in 2014

The holding company of the Berlusconi family closed 2014 with a balance sheet that returned to profit by 9,9 million euros, after a loss of 428,4 million recorded due to the sentence of the so-called Lodo Mondadori.

The Fininvest group, holding company of the Berlusconi family, closed 2014 with a balance sheet returned to profit by 9,9 million euro, after a loss of 428,4 million recorded in 2013 due to the sentence of the so-called Lodo Mondadori.

A note from the company specifies that "consolidated revenues for the 2014 financial year amounted to 4,687 billion euros", practically stable compared to 2013, and a consolidated EBITDA of 1,377 billion, +11% compared to the previous year.

Consolidated shareholders' equity as at 31 December 2014 is equal to 4,799 billion euros – of which 2,206 billion pertaining to third parties – an increase compared to the 4,759 billion euro of the previous year.
