FinecoBank launches a new flexible and personalized mortgage. It's called "Mutual Remix" and allows customers to customize the rate, choosing "the best combination of fixed and variable rate based on
to your needs, and to modify it later” specifies the bank in a press release.
The offer is aimed at customers who intend to take advantage of the convenience of variable rates without however renouncing the possibility of guaranteeing a stabilization of the installment in the future through an increase in the fixed component, each time by 10%, up to 100%.
The combination is truly innovative and FincecoBank presents it as the first of its kind in Italy. Going into more detail, the bank explains that "the customer will be able to change the combination of rates of the "Remix Mortgage" free of charge starting from the first year of disbursement, increasing the fixed component whenever he wants and in total autonomy".
All operations can be done online, through the reserved area of the site, where a special icon allows you to view the simulation of the new installment live. Finally, the Remix is available both for the purchase of a first and second home and for the other purposes envisaged for mortgages: subrogation, liquidity, refinancing or replacement.
