FinecoBank: dividend of 0,28 euro, new board elected

The coupon detachment will take place on 24 April 2017, while the record date and payment are set for the following two days – CEO Foti awarded as best CEO in Europe in 2017 in the banking sector, for the Small & Mid-Cap category, by Institutional Investor.

FinecoBank: dividend of 0,28 euro, new board elected

The Fineco shareholders' meeting approved the 2016 financial statements, which closed with a net profit of 211,8 million, up 10,9% compared to 2015. The distribution of a unit dividend of 0,28 euro was confirmed, an increase of 9,8% compared to the previous year. The detachment of the coupon will take place on 24 April 2017, while the record date and payment are set for the following two days. Furthermore, the board of directors was appointed for the three-year period 2017-2019, made up of the following nine members: Alessandro Foti, Francesco Saita, Enrico Cotta Ramusino, Manuela D'Onofrio, Maria Chiara Malaguti, Gianmarco Montanari, Patrizia Albano, Elena Biffi and Maurizio Santacroce.

Meanwhile the Institutional Investor awards Alessandro Foti, CEO and CEO of FinecoBank, as the best CEO in Europe in 2017 in the banking sector, for the Small & Mid-Cap category. The 2017 edition of the All-Europe Executive Team survey, conducted by the international financial magazine, also analyzed the Small & Mid-Cap segment, identified among companies with a market capitalization of less than ten billion dollars.

The survey involved over 1.600 institutional investors and around 1.000 analysts, operating in more than 800 companies. The recognition of Institutional Investor, one of the most authoritative international publications in the sector for fifty years, strengthens the positioning of FinecoBank among the most important and recognized players in the banking and financial sector at an international level.
