Fineco: X-Net arrives, technology at the service of the consultant

FinecoBank launches X-Net, the PFA platform designed with an approach normally reserved for retail customers - Deputy Director Di Grazia: "X-Net represents the first important step towards a cyborg advisory model that is able to enhance the centrality of PFA”

FinecoBank takes another step in simplifying the daily activities of its Personal Financial Advisors with the release of X-Net, the platform that marks a turning point in the world of platforms for financial advisors.

Simple, intuitive and customisable, X-Net places the advisor at the center of the relationship between bank and customer thanks to a new generation of digital tools that support their daily work. This is the first platform for PFA designed with an approach normally reserved for retail customers: great attention to detail, innovative graphics, completeness and usability of services. For the first time, the promoter is placed at the center of a system of new digital services and devices that simplify his work and strengthen the relationship with the customer.

Paolo Di Grazia, Direct Bank Director and Deputy General Manager of FinecoBank stated that “For the creation of X-Net we wanted to transfer the experience acquired on the retail platform most loved by customers, to the full advantage of our financial advisors. X-Net represents the first important step towards a cyborg advisory model which, unlike those based on robot advisory, is able to enhance the centrality of PFAs thanks to the support of technology. Thanks to these tools, consultants will be able to manage an increasing number of customers, while maintaining a high quality of service".

Among the innovations presented, the new personalized Homepage with all the information to plan and keep one's business under control, from the budget objectives to the overall collection, passing through the composition of the customer portfolio and the personal diary. To make the relationship with customers even more solid and immediate, collaborative browsing was introduced, a co-browsing service for sharing one's screen remotely with the customer and analyzing the balance sheet.
