The Fincantieri shareholders' meeting has appointed the new board of directors, made up of nine members who will remain in office for the next three years. The new president of the Italian company is Giampiero Massolo, former director of the Security Information Department, while Giuseppe Bono remains managing director.
The other members of the Board proposed by the controlling shareholder Fintecna (financial company of the Ministry of Economy which holds 71,6% of Fincantieri) and appointed by the shareholders are Nicoletta Giadrossi, Simone Anichini, Donatella Treu, Fabrizio Palermo, Massimiliano Cesare . The other two members of the Board are those proposed by the shareholder Inarcassa: Paola Muratorio and Gianfranco Agostinetto.
In Piazza Affari, the company's stock is currently losing 0,42%, to 0,377 euros.
