Since the beginning of the year, 212 new financial advisors have joined, with a 40% increase in assets compared to the previous year. An important source of recruitment are young consultants; promoting a generational change among professionals is one of the most challenging objectives that the consultancy industry is called upon to respond to”.
“A few days ago – added Cubelli – an important new initiative was launched which aims to facilitate the inclusion in our Fideuram and Sanpaolo Invest Networks of brilliant young graduates or with brief experience in the sector. The project, called “Pw-Assistant” provides for the support of our best PWA (Private Wealth Advisor) Private Bankers by some suitably selected young people. We firmly believe that professional training has always been Fideuram's flagship: more than 2019 hours of training were provided in 27.000 for a total of 225.000 hours to a network of 5.000 colleagues. Fideuram Campus, our training school with structures in Milan, Rome and Turin, offers a constant series of training initiatives in the area to allow us to offer our managers a tailor-made path, constantly aligned with commercial programs and the evolution of our profession " .
