Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, a company of the Intesa Sanpaolo group, has been admitted by the Revenue Agency to the special regime of Collaborative Fulfillment with the Financial Administration, governed by Legislative Decree no. 128/2015.
As already happened previously for the parent company Intesa Sanpaolo, admission to the scheme - with the consequent registration of the company that controls the Private Banking Division in the public list of taxpayers - will allow joint and preventive assessments to be carried out with the Revenue Agency on situations likely to generate tax risks, so as to resolve potential disputes in advance.
The acceptance of the application was preceded by the verification by the competent Revenue Agency Office of the full adequacy of the system for detecting, measuring, managing and controlling tax risks (Tax Control Framework) adopted by Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking.
