The first edition of the "Digital Restart" Master, the training course commissioned by Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking and created by Talent Garden Innovation School for workers aged between 40 and 50, domiciled or resident in the Region, has concluded Lombardia, currently unemployed, who want to delve into the field of data analysis in the corporate environment. This first edition was attended by 25 people out of over 600 applications.
La second edition of the Master will start on 7 March and will end on 1 June 2022. This too will be structured in 4 training days a week with online and offline teaching, plus a day of independent study. The face-to-face sessions will take place at the Talent Garden Milano Calabiana Campus.
During the 13 weeks of the course of study both technical skillsand related to the world of data analysis (collection, analysis, processing and manipulation of data, use of dashboards and data visualization, data driven management) both skills transversal (personal branding, team working and ability to receive and give feedback). The course also includes Career Boost activities designed to encourage reintegration into the world of work, such as one-to-one interviews with companies and workshops held by management experts.
No specific educational qualifications are required, but previous work experience in organizational contexts, a passion for the digital world, an analytical mindset, a good knowledge of using computers and at least a B1 level of English are required.
Also for this edition, Fideuram is giving away 25 scholarships to fully cover the costs of participating in the programme.
