Selmat has resumed deliveries. Fiat's supplier, which in recent days had blocked deliveries, leading to considerable inconvenience for the automotive group, has started to supply the plants again at least in part. "At the moment all the establishments are open, even if the inconveniences remain" explained a spokesman for the group.
In recent days, the tug-of-war between Fiat and Selmat had led to the blocking of activity in some important plants of the Turin-based company and yesterday the Iveco plants in Madrid and Valladolid had stopped, which, on the other hand, have resumed activity today. Fiat has sued Selmat for the non-supply.
