Fiat intends to reopen the 850 million euro bond with a fixed coupon of 6,75%. This was communicated by Lingotto, recalling that the bond, maturing in October 2019, was issued on 12 July this year by Fiat Finance and Trade Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fiat, as part of the Global Medium Term Notes programme. guaranteed by the house of Turin.

The final terms of the reopening will be defined at the time of pricing based on market conditions. In the event of reopening, according to a note, Fiat Finance and Trade Ltd will request the listing of the new securities issued on the Irish regulated market (Irish Stock Exchange).
