Fiat shareholders, meeting in an extraordinary meeting, approved the merger operation which will give life to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. The resolution was passed by majority vote with 551.887.581 votes in favour. President John Elkann commented that “it's just the beginning. Whoever remains a shareholder, as I will remain, will have great satisfactions”.
