It was concluded by Cnh Global NV, belonging to the Fiat Industrial group, through the subsidiary Cnh Capital LLC, il private placement of bonds at 3,625% maturing in 2018, issued at par and with a total value of 600 million dollars. This is what the company announced in a press release, also specifying that the net proceeds from the issue are equal to 594,2 million dollars and that CNH intends to use them as operating capital and for other corporate purposes, including the purchase of loans commercial or other assets; it may also be used to repay Cnh Capital's debt upon maturity.
The bonds will pay half-yearly interest on April 15 and October 15 of each year starting from the current year and are guaranteed by CNH Capital America and New Holland Credit Company. The notes were sold to qualified institutional investors. Positive Fiat Industrial gaining 0,47% to 8,555 euros.
