Fiat-Chrysler makes its debut on August XNUMXst: the same day as the last shareholders' meeting in Turin

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles will be born on August XNUMXst. The Fiat shareholders' meeting to approve the merger plan was convened on that date and will therefore be the last in Italy.

The shareholders' meeting will also be called upon to confirm Glenn Earle as director, appointed by the board of directors on June 15 with effect from June 23 to replace Gian Maria Gros-Pietro.

If the extraordinary shareholders' meeting approves the merger and assuming that the other conditions envisaged in the merger plan are fulfilled definitively, Fiat will be merged into Fiat Investments.

Upon completion of the merger, Fiat Investments will take the name of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV (“FCA”) and will become the holding company of the group. This morning the title reacts well in MY BAG: mid-morning gains 2,4% a 7,665 euro.
