Factory Italy Pomigliano (Fip) invested 304,5 million for produce the new Panda in 2011. This is what emerges from financial statement report of Fip where it should be noted that “€191,6 million covered acquisitions of plant and machinery for the production of the New Panda e 112,9 million acquisition of media equipment work for the production of the model”.
The report indicates also that the net result of Fip is almost negative 28,6 million due to “reduced production volumes developed in the year since the model was produced in series at the end of 2011″. Serial production of the new Panda started in November.
