"L 'white gold from South Tyrol” will star in the Val Sarentino, the beautiful valley dotted with woods, meadows and huts a few kilometers from Bolzano for two days of full-milk celebration, flavors and curiosities. Saturday 30 July and Sunday 31 July there will be two days of South Tyrolean dairy production with lots of information and curiosities, tastings and entertainment for young and old, gastronomic proposals, music and dancing groups.

Several stands will populate the event, including those dedicated to the journeys of milk – a truly precious product rooted in the traditions of South Tyrol, a land where, hundreds of years ago, even taxes were paid in the form of cheese – and moments of experimentation and play with adults and children

By observing the experts during the production of the cheese, you will also learn which hygiene rules must be observed during production. The Union of Young Farmers of Sarentino and the restaurants in the area bring tasty milk-based specialties to the table

For the young there will be an unusual playground entirely dedicated to milk, including milking competitions, milk can races and creative corners for painting with milk.
