The technologies made available by the companies have made it possible to record, process and analyze the data on the state of the works that emerged from the drone tracking used in many construction sites in Italy, creating 3D models made available to engineers for the management of construction activities and quality control of the built work.
“We currently operate on 200 construction sites in Italy, but there will be 400 in about 3 years,” said Federica Santini, Italferr's Director of Strategies, Innovation and Systems.
