Ferrero Spa, the Italian parent company of the group from Alba, closed its 2015/16 statutory financial year with revenues of 2,67 billion euros. In a note, the company explains that the results are not comparable with those of last year because in recent months Ferrero has proceeded with a reorganization that has led to the creation of four new legal entities.
However, sales showed an increase of 0,5% on the domestic market to 1,42 billion and 2% for exports to 915 million. The net profit for the year, also not comparable with that of the previous year, showed a positive result of 201 million with an incidence on revenues of 7,5%.
