Ferrari announces in a brief note that he has filed the application for the listing on the Stock Exchange. The press release states that Ferrari's listing on the Milan Stock Exchange will be connected to the planned separation of Ferrari NV from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV
In the context of the separation, Ferrari NV will merge into FE New NV which immediately prior to the merger will hold the shares of Ferrari NV now held by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV FE New NV will then take the name of Ferrari NV and its shares ordinary shares will be listed on the MTA and the New York Stock Exchange”.
Ferrari placed itself on Wall Street last October 21 with a price of 52 dollars per share. The Investor demand for the placement in New York was beyond expectations by far exceeding the offer.
