the Italian Stock Exchange approved the listing of ordinary shares of Ferrari on the electronic stock market of Piazza Affari, "subject to the publication of the relative information prospectus after the authorization of the competent Supervisory Authorities". The title will be traded starting from January 4 2016.
The Cavallino announced it today, recalling that the landing on the Italian list is part of a series of operations aimed at realizing the separation of Ferrari from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and to "assign to the holders of FCA ordinary shares Ferrari ordinary shares on the basis of the assignment ratio of one Ferrari ordinary share for every ten FCA ordinary shares".
These operations should be done between December 31, 2015 and January 3, 2016.
