Orders exceeding 2 billion euros for the Ferrari bonds in the placement phase. Requests for the bond issue maturing in March 2023 and target indicated at 500 million euro actually amount to approximately 2,25 billion: the high demand has led the price to move around 145 basis points on the midswap compared to the 160 basis points area indicated initially.

The operation was managed by Bnp Paribas, Citi and JpMorgan as joint bookrunners and by Banca IMI, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Agricole, Mediobanca, Societe Generale, Ubs and Unicredit as bookrunners additional.

At the beginning of the afternoon, the Ferrari stock gained almost one percentage point in Piazza Affari, where it was traded for € 38,13 per share.
