More than 24 hours after the indiscretion released on the Bloomberg financial site, the denial has arrived: Ferrari is not leaving Italy. This was specified in a press release from FCA issued last night to clarify the situation rumors about the intention to transfer Ferrari's fiscal residence abroad.
“The press – reads the text – reported rumors according to which Ferrari Spa is studying the transfer of its fiscal residence abroad. These are baseless rumours. There is no plan or intention to transfer the tax residence of Ferrari Spa abroad, nor any project to relocate its Italian activities, which will continue to be subject to the Italian tax regime”.
