The Florentine maison slips into Piazza Affari after a negative report from Intermonte – Tod's, Yoox, Moncler and Luxottica are also in the red.

It's a Tuesday of passion in Piazza Affari for fashion and luxury stocks, dragged down by a negative report from Intermonte on Salvatore Ferragamo.

In the early afternoon, the shares of the Florentine fashion house lost 2,6%, to 18,11 euros, after the broker lowered the earnings per share by 2,4% and 2,7% respectively in 2014 and 2015 " to take into account the worsening of the sectoral situation”. Intermonte also reduced the target price on Ferragamo from 25,2 to 24 euros, but still maintained the outperform recommendation on the stock. 

In Ferragamo's wake, Tod's (-2,2%, to 70,85 euros) and Yoox (-3,1%, to 15,13 euros), which yesterday had rebounded by 6% awaiting the release of the quarterly, also fell. scheduled for tomorrow. 

Moncler was also in the red, leaving 0,7% on the ground at 10,45 euros. Yesterday the fashion group had lost almost 6% after the Report investigation (strongly denied by Moncler itself) on the methods of plucking geese to obtain the feathers with which the famous down jackets of the company founded by Remo Ruffini are packaged.

In the same minutes Luxottica gives half a percentage point, to 39,96 euro.
