Magneti Marelli evaluated 5 billion e separated from FCA in the first quarter of 2018. These are the rumors about the jewel of the components that arrived from America at the Frankfurt show. The project envisages listing Marelli on the Stock Exchange and then distributing its shares to FCA shareholders (as has already happened for Ferrari).

A scheme that would allow Exor to extract value from the company while maintaining a controlling stake. The landing on the lists should take place within the first months of next year, before Marchionne announces the new business plan.

Also in the wake of these rumors, as well as the positive numbers on the enrollment in August, at the end of the morning the share on the FCA stock market rose by 1,75%, to 13,96 euros.
