Fiat Chrysler Automobiles registered 90 registrations in Europe in September, maintaining its market share stable at 6,1%. Over the year, the Group is achieving positive results in almost all the main countries: +9,1% in Italy, +11,7% in Germany, even better in France and Spain (respectively +12,1% and +15,4 %).
Among the various brands of the Group, Fiat continues to be the leader in terms of registrations. It flies to France and dominates segment A sales in Italy, with the 500 and Panda in first and second place among the best-selling cars in September and throughout the year (together they reach a share of 29,4% over the year).
Also good Lancia / Chrysler with the Ypsilon car confirming its leadership in segment B in Italy with a 12,3% share. Positive result then for AlfaRomeo, which sees registrations of the brand soar in Europe (+15,9% compared to last year). The brand's sales are growing in almost all the main European markets, especially driven by the Giulia and the Stelvio SUV, which is climbing the charts in its segment.
Jeep is also growing, with a growth exploit in Italy and Spain. The luxury brand Maserati it has registered 7518 cars since the beginning of the year, with numbers in line with 2016.
