FCA will receive 2,25 billion from Ferrari before the spin-off

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles will collect 2,25 billion euros from Ferrari before the spin-off of the Cavallino, expected next year. This is what emerges from the F-1 document filed by the automotive group with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the American Consob, in which it is recalled that on October 29 FCA announced its intention to separate Ferrari by listing 10% of the capital on the market and distributing 80% of Ferrari shares to FCA shareholders. These transactions are expected in 2015.

“Before the separation, we also intend to start other transactions”, reads the document on page 43, “including the distribution and transfer of cash from Ferrari to FCA for an amount currently estimated at 2,25 billion euros”.
