New projects in the future of FCA. The Group has announced its intention to proceed with a benchmark bond issue in eurobased on market conditions.

The Italian-American company, eighth automotive group in the world for vehicles produced, communicated in a note that the operation is part of the plan FCA Euro Medium Term Notes, the final terms of which will be defined at the time of pricing based on market conditions. In the event of an issue, FCA requests the listing of the securities as well as admission to trading on the Irish regulated market, Euronext Dublin.

As specified by the company, the notes will be offered and sold outside the United States only to non-US institutional investors (as defined by Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933) unless they are registered under the Securities Act or other securities laws, or in the absence of an applicable exemption from such registration.

Furthermore, the offer of the securities has not been authorized by Consob, pursuant to Italian legislation on securities. Accordingly, the securities have not been and will not be offered, sold or delivered in Italy through an investment solicitation, but only in accordance with the laws and regulations.
