For this Marchionne explained to the unions the FCA project (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) to change the salary system for factory workers in Italy. The project, which is part of FCA's 2015-2018 industrial plan, envisages a bonus system for workers linked to the results that can reach up to 20% of the current salary.
