FCA and CNH: bonus of up to 1.600 euros for workers in February

FCA workers will receive between 1.300 and 1.600 euros as a reward for 2017 results – Here is the list of plants that have improved their performance and whose employees will receive the rewards in February.

Good news for the workers of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Based on the remuneration policy introduced in 2015, FCA today communicated to the unions the amount of "salary bonus" which will be paid in February "in relation to the production efficiency objectives set out in the specific FCA employment contract".

Employees will receive an inclusive amount between the 1.300 and the 1.600 euro as a reward for 2017 achievements.

The improvements recorded in the factories of are even more substantial Pomigliano and Verrone whose employees "have achieved excellence for the third consecutive year and will therefore have the highest amount".

It should be noted that in addition to FCA, CNH will also soon distribute its salary bonuses. According to the press release: “Suzzara and Torino Motori, two of the main plants, have respectively improved and confirmed their performance and will receive average amounts of around 1.320 euros. In general, the situation is diversified, with plants that have seen improvements, deteriorations or situations that have remained unchanged compared to last year”.
