The Pharma division of the group Hound will become part of Dompè. This was announced by the two companies, which have signed an agreement to consolidate the Bracco division within the biopharmaceutical group led by Sergio Dompè. The closing is reportedly expected by the end of the year.

Bracco's pharmaceutical division, which in 2016 expected a turnover of approximately 80 million (equal to 6% of group turnover), operates exclusively on the Italian market with a product portfolio that includes both ethical drugs belonging to the main therapeutic sectors and counter and supplements.

Satisfied Diana Bracco, president and CEO of Btacco: "In an ever-changing competitive context, it is necessary to create more and more critical mass, for this reason the consolidation with another important company in the sector such as Dompè represents an opportunity that ensures the continuity and presence on the market of the our prestigious list”.
