Falck Spa's board of directors appointed Enrico Falck, son of the deceased Alberto who headed the former steel empire of Sesto San Giovanni, to the presidency. He takes over from his uncle Federico, current number one at Falck Renewables.
According to what has been learned by the Radiocor agency, the shareholders' meeting of Falck Spa was held on 28 June and appointed the directors for the three-year period 2013/2015. The board resolved to appoint Enrico Falck (born in 1975) as chairman, Guido Corbetta as vice chairman and Piero Manzoni as managing director (current managing director of Falck Renewables). The other members of the board are: Marco Agostini, Federico Falck, Filippo Marchi and Alessandro Triscornia. FalckSpa is 65,95% controlled by Finmeria, the holding company owned by the Falck and Marchi families.
