They keep coming the rumors about a strong interest of some hedge funds in Falck Renewables. The company is active in the renewable energy sector and in 2011 it exponentially increased its capacity, rising to 684 megawatts (from a base of 498), thus achieving growth 38%. A trend that will continue with the development of over 90 new wind megawatts in different areas of France and Great Britain.
In a note to clients, the US hedge fund covering the sector reportedly indicated Falck Renewables as the most interesting opportunity in the sector on the Italian list, but also as the most risky, given the not very solid financial situation of the company.
Meanwhile, the title flies on the stock exchange ea late morning gains over 6% with shares at 0,9625, after also hitting a high of 0,9790.
