Italy is the fifth country in the world for the number of requests to Facebook on user data (for issues of a criminal or national security nature). The Global Government Requests Report writes it, which was published by the same social network.
If you look then not the amount of requests but the number of users under the magnifying glass. Italy rises to fourth place after the United States, India and England. In fifth and sixth place we find respectively Germany and France.
Globally, the requests involved 38 users from 71 countries. But the social network giant has not always responded. Regarding our requests, Facebook provided information in 53% of the cases.
