The Bologna-based company SiSalute (a division of UniSalute Servizi, Unipol group) and Welfare Company have signed an agreement to make a platform of company welfare services available to the Bologna-based engineering group Faac.
On the basis of the agreement, the 330 employees of FAAC will be able to convert the performance bonuses (up to a maximum of 30%) into services (education, social security, health expenses, shopping vouchers, fuel vouchers, leisure and free time). add the 150 euros provided for by the Unionmeccanica-Confapi national labor contract.
The portal, called MyWelfare, operational on an experimental basis since July, will give access to all the services required by current legislation and is created by Welfare Company in collaboration with SiSalute for health services. The two companies were already partners for Ducati Energia.
