F2i: we aim to create national hubs

Letter from Gotti Tedeschi and Gamberale to managers and shareholders: chairman and CEO reaffirm the correctness of their actions on the Ipo Sea and underline how up to now F2i has proved to be one of the least onerous funds because "after just three semesters of investment period management fees have been recalled”.

F2i: we aim to create national hubs

F2i will continue to "develop homogeneous aggregates of assets, in order to build significant complexes in Italy as well in line with what has existed for some time in the other major European countries". This was announced by Ettore Gotti Tedeschi and Vito Gamberale, president and CEO of F2i, in a letter sent to investors and the Board of Directors to comment on the activity carried out in 2012.

The investment philosophy is therefore the same that has led F2i up to now to build six poles of activity: "an important gas distribution network" (with Enel Rete Gas), "a cutting-edge reference" in broadband (Metroweb), "a significant system" in waste to energy (through the two joint ventures with Iren), "a more articulated presence in the airport field" (in Naples, Turin, Florence and in Milan with Sea) and "not negligible realities" in water (again with Iren) and in renewable energies.

In the letter, the managers reaffirm the correctness of their actions on the IPO SEA and underline how up to now F2i has proved to be one of the least onerous funds because "after just three semesters of the investment period no management fees have been recalled".
